Pilates Rehab - One-to-One Sessions
I will identify the root cause of your pain, your body’s movement and then we will start on your transformative journey to recovery, firstly by waking up muscles and proprioceptors which “have fallen to sleep”. Improving your stability, flexibility, coordination, range of motion, posture and balance, alleviating discomfort and even chronic pain.
I am specialized in and work with:

Pre and Post Natal Pilates
During Pregnancy
Pilates offers a risk-free workout that enables the expectant mother to continue to keep fit, helping her to cope with childbirth and
improving her psychological well-being. Exercises will be constantly modified throughout the trimesters according to hormonal and
physical changes, while maintaining maximum safety for mother and foetus.
Before starting Pilates classes the expectant mother must have permission from her doctor/obstetrician. One-to-one classes are recommended.
Post Natal
Pilates helps mothers regain their pre-pregnancy shape and physique. Mothers can start physical activity 4/6 weeks after giving birth. Always with a doctor's permission.

Dynamic Pilates - Garuda Infusion
Pilates-garuda fusion to enhance your aesthetic physique and/or improve athletic performance. If you are pain free and looking for a more powerful workout – this is for you.
Personal programs for golfers, tennis players, cyclists, footballers, dancers and all other sports or those who wish to refine their aesthetic appearance.
Lessons are designed to improve your performance, match your requirements and meet you goals. This dynamic fusion of Pilates and Garuda ( a mixture of pilates, yoga, tai chi and dance) will improve your flexibility, elasticity, stability reinforce your core power and strengthen.

Teenagers will benefit from realigning their posture at an early age, helping them to grow up with a balanced body and body awareness.
I offer tailormade programs including exercises to prevent and correct text neck caused by spending long periods stooping over
mobilephones/gadgets.
Lessons are adapted for the teenage body and mind and made extra fun!
